I've been working in real estate as a second career since 2007 - yes, right before the market crash! With hard work, constant learning and perseverance, I met the challenges of those early years and risen to the top 5% of this market.

I recognize that the purchase or sell of a home carries huge importance in your life. I don't take that lightly. Listening to the client and providing the best service is my goal, assisting you through the process step by step. Contact me if you're looking for an expert in this field, someone with integrity and honesty, and a person who will be an advocate for YOU. Check out those Client Reviews and see for yourself!

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. In addition, I have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations and continue to take courses to expand my abilities to serve you even better!

Code of Ethics

A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
- Loyalty to clients;
- Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
- Cooperation with competitors;
- Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
- and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

I spent 28 years in Corporate America where I mostly carried Project Management responsibilities. That provided a strong foundation to my abilities to manage the multitude of details in a real estate transaction, much like an air traffic controller getting planes smoothly off and onto the ground.

Personally, my hobby is making pottery - in my spare time LOL. I have a studio in my home and go there to "center" and let my creative juices flow. I also am a huge advocate for animals and have served on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri for over six years. My children are grown and off making their lives, which allows me the ability to be deeply devoted to my clients and business needs.
